Referral guide · Doctors, hospitals and clinics
Your patient.
Our endoscopy expertise.
Refer patients for specialist investigation or appropriate endoscopic treatment. Diagnostic referrals ask the team to investigate a clinical concern; therapeutic referrals request assessment for endoscopic treatment. Include the clinical indication and any relevant previous results so the team can review the request. This page explains how referrals work. Use Refer & track to submit a patient or sign in to monitor an existing referral. Send us the clinical request. We contact the patient, coordinate arrangements and keep progress visible in your Zendale dashboard. Your team remains part of the follow-up conversation.

Make the first contact useful
What to include in a referral
- Patient name, age and a reliable contact number
- Clinical indication, symptom duration and requested investigation or treatment
- Relevant medicines, allergies and previous results
- Your details and the patient's permission for contact
Clinical urgency is reviewed by the team. Emergency cases should go directly to hospital rather than wait for an online referral.
What your dashboard tells you
Referral received → patient contact recorded → appointment confirmed → procedure completed → report released.
Routine progress lives in your dashboard. When the final report is available, you receive an email directing you to the secure portal. Clinical reports are not attached to routine update emails.
Facility referrals are visible through the facility contact account that submitted them. Individual clinician accounts show that clinician's own referrals.
