Privacy

This notice explains what we do with the information you share with us. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

Appointment requests and referrals collect patient contact details, age, sex, the reason for care, relevant history, medicines and any supporting documents provided. Professional accounts also collect the doctor’s or facility’s registration and contact information.

How we use it

We use this information to review requests, contact patients, coordinate appointments and communicate clinical information to authorised recipients. We do not sell it or use clinical information for advertising.

Referrals and reports

Referring professionals must confirm that patients know about the referral and agree to Zendale receiving their information and contacting them. Professional accounts activate after email verification. Clinical report access requires a separate identity and authorisation check, and is restricted to the account’s own referrals.

Notifications and access

We send service emails about account access, requests and appointments. Clinical reports are held in private storage. Referrers use authenticated accounts; patients receive a private seven-day link and a separate access code after staff confirm their identity. Downloads use short-lived links. Staff contact notes are internal. We record staff actions and document access to support continuity of care.

Service providers and retention

The online service uses Supabase for accounts, records and private documents, Resend for service email, and Vercel for website hosting. Authorised Zendale staff use the records to coordinate care. Enquiry and clinical records are retained according to the centre’s applicable recordkeeping requirements; contact the unit for details or to make a privacy request.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete an enquiry, by contacting the unit on 070 7056 6272.

Website activity

We count visits to public landing pages using an anonymous browser-session identifier and a daily hashed value. We do not record names, phone numbers, emails, questionnaire answers, clinical reports, URL query strings or individual condition/article paths in this activity data. Counts are retained for 90 days and are available only to the owner. Browser Do Not Track preferences are respected by this counter.

Symptom questionnaires and follow-up

To receive a personal symptom guide, you provide your name, phone number and email, with permission for Zendale to contact you about the request. We store your questionnaire answers and contact details. General enquiries require name and phone, with optional email. Urgent-care information remains accessible without submitting these details. These answers are not a diagnosis. Educational and promotional messages require a separate optional choice. Your private email guide link expires after 30 days; anyone holding that link can view the summary, so keep it confidential. Contact the centre to withdraw optional communication permission or ask about your information.
